- Currently he is the IT Project Manager at XXX so, his main duty is to define project scope, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify technical problems. He also develops quality project management documentation including project plans, tender document, test strategies, quality plans, project master schedules, project reporting, etc.
- He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner & Scrum Master with over 13 years working experience in IT, which is including Project Management, IT management, Service Delivery, Development and Technical Support from desktop, network, system, to Infrastructure.
- He’s strong asset would be his interpersonal skills, since he can build good connection and relationship inside and outside their office. In XXX he helps them to manage and maintain all IT System, Server, Network, Router, Switch, and he was in charge for inventory management, procurement, global sales reports (By using Salesforce).
- He is also in charge in formulating KPI for his teams and SLA’s for their clients. His experience in infrastructure is all around, like he is doing the infrastructure architectural design and setting up infrastructural devices. That is why he can consider him as hands-on both sides, preparation, planning and technical like executing the plans.
