1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
His background is more on digital marketing, digital transformation for companies, e-commerce, and also did P&L ownerships. He is currently with XXXX as a Deputy Director, Ecommerce, and Business Development where he is responsible for building B2B ecommerce platforms and B2B trading as well. Previously, he was with XXXX as the Head of eCommerce in APAC and MEA where he managed the entire P&L for the company, did digital transformation for 100-year old companies, restructured their products, content, marketing, budget, supply chain, warehousing, delivery, and also ecommerce business in terms of revenue and profit. During his time there, he made the company ranked on the top during Lazada and Shopee sales events; he managed the whole APAC and MEA as well there. Before this, he was with XXXX as the VP of Regional Marketing Solutions and Partner Development where he managed the top 50 global brands such as L’Oreal, P&G, Unilever, Samsung, Nike, and more; he did BD for them and built products for Lazada marketing solution products such as sponsor search, display, affiliate, and more. He has worked with the product team to build the entire marketing solution products and needed to do partnership with different groups and agencies as well; at the same time, he had to sales back then to get big brands spend on their solutions. In the past, he has spent about 6 years in startups including ones from US; one of them would be XXXX as a Customer Success Director where he helped them manage Asia business in terms of BD and customer success. He also was with XXXX as a Strategic Account Manager which is an AdTech company, and also worked with XXXX as an Account Director which is another AdTech company. He started as a Digital Marketing Manager for XXXX and Marketing Program Manager for XXXX.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be digital transformation since he has performed this very well on his last company; he has thrived to do the leadership changes, product changes, and P&L ownership as well. On top of that, he is good with driving huge revenues and at the same time, generating profits for the business. Currently, he has two KPIs; one is the B2B ecommerce platform setup where they need to connect the ecommerce business platform with their clients and the other one is B2B trading, his target is about 5M USD and he’s currently getting distributors in different countries to sell their products.
