One of the top IT Recruitment Agencies and recruiters in Hong Kong SAR, SVA Recruitment is an IT and employment agency that provides jobs, executive search, and recruitment services.
Was indeed a very abundant year for SVA Recruitment. Since our launch in November 2018, we have seen tremendous growth and achieved a handful of our organizational goals. Indeed, we’re ending 2019 on a good note, and it’s all thanks to your support and participation.
From a small startup striving to find a place in the industry, we watched our company grow and improve in our field with the help of talented individuals forming part of the team. As of the end of the year, we have grown to a team of 11 individuals and doubled the number of our researchers. We were also able to establish leads for our marketing, finance, and HR departments.
These talented and dedicated individuals from around the world have come together to deliver the service and values we stand for. This year, we launched our brand new website and migrated our office to Webworks to enhance the quality of our services. Since then, we have streamlined and improved our operations.
In 2019, we were able to garner clients from several industries such as gaming, IT security, marketing agencies, IT system integrators, garment manufacturers, medical equipment, and retailers. Throughout the year, we filled 13 positions, in the fields of sales, IT infrastructure, IT developers, and accounting. We were able to arrange a total of 182 interviews between 42 companies and 105 candidates.
In 2019, we saw a revenue of 1.2 million HKD. It is through your support that we were enabled to reach these milestones. At the arrival of a new year, we strive to continue providing quality service to companies and clients, helping you reach your career goals and grab the best opportunities in the market.
2020 is bound to be a fruitful and prosperous year for SVA recruitment. As we welcome a new beginning, we stand by our promise to continue giving you quality service, whilst specializing in the field of IT and sales. We aim to quadruple our annual income by expanding our team and moving to bigger offices.
In an effort to improve our competency, we will invest in innovative software solutions for our clients and candidates and send representatives to attend major IT and tech global conferences and exhibitions. We are working to reach more companies and candidates, hoping to serve the Chinese market from our headquarters in Hong Kong. We’re looking to open an office in Singapore and expand our services to the ASEAN market.
2020 will be a year not only of opportunities but of preparation for our huge expansion in 2021. Indeed, we’re heading towards a fruitful new year, and we’re excited to continue helping candidates and clients achieve their organizational goals and reach their maximum potential.
