- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? – He started in China in his education and studied Law and then went to UK to get his Masters’ degree in Law and then worked in UK for 4 years and worked in the international shipping and recruitment. In 2012, he got an opportunity to be transferred from London to Dubai and worked there for 6 years and then worked for Recruitment firm and with Aviation specifically with Emirates and then worked with customer service/operations related and then worked with insurance company.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? – He is very reliable and trustworthy type of person and very integral and hard work and very customer centric and always put himself on client shoes and he would try his best to find the root cause and resolve the issues independently first and he would utilize the resources if he can’t fix it by himself. He also considers himself as a people person and he has strong communication skills as well and he has also led and established a team already and he knows how to lead people to the right path.
- He worked with an insurance in Dubai in 2014 and they cater and offer high end medical insurance to the employees and as a client service manager he must understand the policies and conditions once he gained the knowledge, he would be able to offer solutions to the customers if they are faced with challenges. They are also one the top insurance providers, and his exposure was mostly with international clients.
- His work at X was in back-office support and was in flag-management unit and it is usually servicing the airline staff and customers his responsibility is to get on request from the airline staff and once he has the data is he would then input the data into the system. He also coordinates all inbound and outbound communications with data’s customer airlines and meeting and exceeding operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Then he transferred from Dubai to Shanghai and led an operations team in the Insurance industry and then this year he needed some change he was luckily hunted by his current company to work as a team lead.
