1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He finished his Bachelor’s from his home country in Pakistan then got a Masters scholarship in Chengdu. In between, he had 4 years of experience with XXXX and one other oil company as an Electrical Maintenance/Engineer for different projects. After his graduation, he joined XXXX in Shenzhen, which was manufacturing parts for BYD as well as EV components, as a Senior Electrical Engineer; he was involved the design, testing, and performance evaluation as well of electrical systems. He went back to Pakistan during COVID-19 and worked with XXXX as a Manager, doing customer service and managed repair operations as well for the company. After a few years, he went back to China and is now working with XXXX as a Senior Prototype Engineer at the same time, he has Cybersecurity Coordinator responsibilities; he’s involved in verifying parts quality, production feasibility, and integral testing as well. Currently, they have a program called Scania Production Computer Tool where he’s checking all the ECUs parts, lights, and everything.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be within electronics and electrical since he has been doing this for more than 13 years now. Apart from this, he has great skills within project coordination/management as well so it’s something that he would be interested to dive into if ever; he’s been with automotive, electronics, R&D, and other industries so far.
