1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduating from XXXX a well-known university in China, she joined XXXX, a famous manufacturing XXXX company. Here as a management trainee, she designed and delivered training programs and handled English, Mandarin, and Cantonese translation. After two years, she moved into HR Talent Acquisition, managing 80–100 hires annually across VP and engineering levels. She later joined XXXX (supporting XXXX, a Japanese company), where she helped set up a new factory, including payroll and SAP systems, designed operational workflows, built recruitment channels, organized job fairs and talent seminars, and supported hiring across Korea, APAC, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, with 80% local and 10–20% overseas hires. She also contributed to establishing XXXX and supply chain centers in Shenzhen, completing around 90% of required roles, and attended annual global meetings in the U.S.
After four years, she transitioned to a more technology focused SAP industry and spent nearly a year in the U.S. handling Talent Acquisition and campus recruitment programs, bringing trainees to China and other regions. She later returned to China as an HRBP, supporting 400 XXXX stores and 100–400 employees, before moving back into Talent Acquisition, focusing on the growing tech sector.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She is quick to respond to situations and creates solutions, often by connecting the right people to the right opportunities. She carefully assesses talent and values transparency in her approach. She considers hiring the IC Design Expert and the Head of Finance (CFO) as her most confident achievements, especially since the company provided unclear candidate criteria and relied mainly on subjective preferences. Despite this challenge, she successfully identified and secured the right talents for both critical roles. In addition, the majority of the experiences she discussed were projects and responsibilities she took the lead on.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with exposure across multiple industries including R&D, retail, and technology. She possesses strong communication skills and has experience teaching and using Mandarin, Cantonese, and English in professional settings. Additionally, she has hands-on experience with SAP tools gained through her previous roles.
