  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has over seven years of experience, including roles in both the gaming and fintech industries. After graduating from XXXX in 2017, he returned to China and began working at XXXX in 2018. He worked in XXXX’s fintech department, leading the early-stage development of a business payment product. After contributing to the product’s launch in 2021, he transferred to XXXX’s group strategy department, where he spent four years focused on the insurance business. His work involved managing the lifecycle of insurance services, participating in M&A deals such as one with Samsung Property Insurance, supporting new management teams, and launching a health insurance business. He also developed KPI frameworks, strategic plans, and served as PMO for key projects, including the growth strategy for XXXX’s insurance agency. He was promoted to Associate Director of Strategy and recently returned to XXXX’s gaming division, where he now oversees operations and strategic planning.

    His strongest skills include strategic planning, business analytics, and PMO expertise. He has experience developing three- to five-year strategic plans for gaming and fintech companies, aligning them across departments by setting clear KPIs. He also supports regular reviews—monthly or quarterly—and drives operational or PMO projects to help different teams stay on track and achieve their goals.

    His early career included rotations across different departments, starting with Wegame—the largest PC gaming platform in China—where he was responsible for a community feature involving collectible cards that encouraged user interaction. He designed the mechanism and holds a patent for it. He was also involved extensive market analysis, product definition, and the design of an accounting system.
