Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He have been working as a QA automation engineer for 12 years now and 1 year for manual testing. In those years, he have been introduced to QTP to DB script to Selenium etc. He is more focus on using Selenium and they created a framework way back 2010 because that times, there is no tool that can handle desktop application and web application at the same time. Currently in XXX , he is exposed to Robot framework, Java selenium, and Azure devops which they hosted the test cases etc. When it comes to his current project, he said that it’s just like a zoom call which you can join in the call/meeting and from there, it can test the connection from each of the participants in the call and can run it to 500-1000 person.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strong skills are using Db scripts, selenium, and more on automation testing while for the languages he is good in C#. DB.net, and SQL. He has an experience for those languages but not that an expert like the developers. Mainly focus on Java selenium or db script since it is much easier to use as long as you know how to use and the idea on how to do it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
Have 12 years of experience in automation testing and 1 year in manual. Know how to use java and python and with 1 and a half year of experience. Rates his skills in using Java selenium 4.5 out of 5 while python is 4 out of 5. Know how to write test cases and test scripts since it is part of his daily tasks or activities which he rates his skills 3.5 out of 5. With experience using Cucumber and rates his skills 4 out of 5 and knowledgeable when it comes to software requirements and business process as well.
