- He was working with XXX as Technical Support Engineer. He provided T2 support he mainly engage with global engineer, like data base engineer, It engineer, and other related technical engineer with in their web base.
- He was exposed to learn hardware support because there’s a lot of relevant technical that he needs to resolve and he also touch the server, pc hardware and networking devices. His daily job is to support remotely, via email, calls and sometimes on-site.
- He was also responsible with analyzing the diagnose successful rate of hardware incidents in our department and filtered out the false trouble-shooting samples.
