- He has been working for quite a long time, mobile base station, been working for XXX, XXX before he coming back to HK. Before he comeback to HK he became a professor in a university and open up a company. Start with 2-3 jobs all related to mobile phones. Then move on to implementation of mobile application, using Meth, GPS, all low traffics, doing a lot of R&D and implementation of algorithm, using application, the data distribution long before the Cloud and Google met come along. Then his little store was over since they are free of charge. He manages to get a contract from the government from bidding with a contract for of 10 years for a total amount of 60M HKD on and off. Also bid a frequency license and became a telecom operator with own radio network and open up for 10 years but again loss to the bid player. In old days, mobile data was so expensive, but since mobile phone come along mobile data became so cheap. And needed to close down their radio network which cover the entire HK since they are not competitive enough. With telecommunication company over 15 employees, mostly graduate of writing programming, implementation of application and road mapping. And transfer all systems to the government and still in use today. With 10 years contact for operation and maintenance of the system for 10 years.
- Worked on implementation of mobile phone, and Internet Web/Internet Apps and IT area. Also been doing consultancy for big companies for Vietnam, Korea, mostly Southeast Asia, to help them build the radio network.
- Specialist in Telecom mobile application, algorithm implementation and software engineering (coding) for more 30 years, rated 5 out 5. In Software engineering and codes writing for over 20 years written more than 1M lines.
- Worked on AI but not a top expert and published two journal paper in AI. As for Fintech or AI programming and coding with average experience but can pick-up easily since he teaches data encryption, etc.
- Originally using C++, Python- 2-3 years, rated 3 out of 5. Used Microsoft for 20+ years.
- Used and implement NLP for 1 year, rated 3 out of 5.
- Good in Image recognition in the old days using O language but with new language 2 years, rated 3 out of 5, tend to used AI object movement detection, character recognition, face recognition
