Currently working as an Assistant Officer in Business Analysis, being given a lot of training in his field. Responsible for the company mobile app. He does trade for the security trading mobile app for the company. Also working in the relationship management, to communicate, and maintain relationships with the client. Most of his job is gathering requirement from business users in the company. Also, to communicate or coordinate with the developers in the company. Sometimes has to perform about the system integration tasks, extracting tasks, a lot of recording and documentations, such as functions and business requirements.
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills are his strongest skills. He can maintain really good relationship with the users and has the patience to understand what they really need due to his experience in sales. When he became a business analyst, he knows what the customers need and knows how to coordinate, especially as users have a lot of requirements to ask. He knows how to deal with it.
