He is working in his current company since March and works in Customer service and he also manages a team of workers in the warehouse, and he is working with a machine in eCommerce, and they do fulfilment for the machine, and he handles the workers and the packages, and he does package tracking and customer service and most of the time he handles all the concerns like wrong items received etc.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong problem-solving skill and has a strong MS Office and uses it all the time to track his work all the time and managing teams because he manages a team in the warehouse. Mostly his job is more on problem solving and he tries to solve the problem.
- He doesn't have any prior experience in the financial industry, but he has been heavily involved in buying stocks and investments. His background is he studied finance and he studied international economics and trade.
4. The biggest success he had is he reduced the client complaints from 200 a day to 50 a day and that was one of his major success by solving the problems in the warehouse they were able to minimize and learned the cause of the problems at the first place. |
