He works with analyst and designers and project managers, and during that time he was responsible for all elements of the business, also part of his responsibility which includes sales and retention of enterprising government contracts.

His top one skill is managing multi-functional teams, high performing teams second is not only management successfully but also growing the team and delivering against complex client problems. He also worked in B2B enterprise, primarily in software and so that requires that he would also have a customer first mindset when addressing those types of complex clients and business problems. He is also focused on stakeholder management.
He also worked with enterprise customers, which includes X with some of the multinational clients that he was able secured and some local companies, major banks like the X which are the two largest banks in Indonesia. |
