He graduated in 2005 in Melbourne and took Comp Engineering and took a break for 6 months and worked as a System Consultant for 2 years and was promoted to Senior and then promoted to Test Lead and basically he was working for gaming and gambling software and they were working to target the jurisdiction requirements and then he found an opportunity in Singapore and then helped in setting up an office in Singapore and travelled back and forth to SG and AUS and then decided to settle down in Singapore.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Been in the company for 16 years so he was very experienced in the delivery management inside and out and he has used various tools such as Salesforce and used it for documenting all the leads and tracks all the sales across the Asian region and he believes he is hardworking as well and wants to deliver the project based on the requirements.
- He was responsible for maintaining client relationships and acting as a point of contact for clients for projects and services and he would be helping in contract negotiations as well.
4. He is also involved in managing and supervising teams, and managing human resources in Singapore and Macau offices and would frequently travel to their Asian offices to help conduct trainings and to make sure that they are on the same line with the company. |
