1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Working as a functional test engineer for 2 years and his current job in the QA department is to handle mostly the testing of their native and web application where they look to deliver new functionalities and new features within each sprints in an agile manner. He is mainly responsible on the manual and automation Quality assurance practices to make sure to deliver a sustainable product in the market on time. His responsibility is to collaborate with the product owners, stakeholders, and the development teams to analysed the set of refine products to test and report any defects or issues they may encounter while logging them in sufficient tools. He is also involved in the creation of the test plans and the logging of the test results, and mostly equipt in the automation frameworks and knows how to use selenium, postman, Appium, c#, java, and python. He started as a software developer and use C# with the ASP technology, further gaining for more opportunity in Sydney for QA.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that his strongest skill is his coding skills which he knows how to use different programming languages like the c#, java and python and can apply those in performing automation testing using different testing modules like selenium.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has more than 5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. He also have an experience in selenium and cucumber for 5 years now and with 2 years or experience in both Appium and java while 3 years with python. He also has an experience in using C# for 4 to 5 years now and knowledgeable in using JMeter as well.
