1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his blockchain journey for almost a decade now where he started his own company called XXXX, serving there as a CTO and Blockchain Expert, did most of the research work and did the projects himself including bots, arbitrary bots, trading, and some smart contracts as well. Then he got a professional job within blockchain industry; he was first with XXXX as a Lead Blockchain and dApp Developer where he built some smart contracts, Web3 integrations with finance, PancakeSwap, and such. At that time, he was also doing other jobs for software engineering blockchain side then later on joined XXXX as their CTO where their original plan was to build NFT marketplace with ERC721 and 1155 but later on decide they will do a data marketplace, sell that data for marketing purpose, promotion, advertising, and others where people can also run their cloud servers on top of blockchain in a decentralized manner and to store their data as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be smart contract development and integration in the backend with web application, mostly doing blockchain stuff. And also, he’s good with system design and converting one system from another. For his soft skills, he’s a very good team player and definitely a team leader since he’s managing several teams back in his previous role.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 7+ years of experience with blockchain and also is experienced with AI frameworks, his current role/company has an image generation option on their website as well so he’s familiar with these kinds of tools and models. On top of that, he’s well-versed with smart contracts, decentralized apps, and Web3 in general; has knowledge with backend frameworks, API, he’s also willing to learn frontend and be involved in this side if needed. Has great experience being both a CTO and a technical person, he mentioned he’s more of a developer than a manager in his current role, serving 70% as a developer and 30% as a team manager.
