1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started and formed a company about 10 years ago and has done mainly B2B work with a few of their own IPs. They have finished around 300 projects with more than 250 clients now across the world. In terms of the projects, they usually do gamified solutions and game developments for different organizations. They have worked previously with Bangladesh military with their gamified training solutions in VR, AR, mobile as well as PC games. Their team size as of the moment is around 65 people. He directly manages the hiring department, sales, marketing accounts, and finances. He was also a Co-Founder and Managing Director for XXXX where they are making their own IP, a turn-based strategy game/combat. He also speaks a lot at conferences in different regions of the world on game design, entrepreneurship, and life philosophy. He is the first published author from Bangladesh in game development with his book “XXXX ” which came out of Apress- a NY-based Springer Nature Publishing House.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great ability to inspire people; when he started with the gaming industry in Bangladesh, it was not that good back then but they have recruited a lot of game developers over the years and he has been an integral part of the progress of game industry in Bangladesh. He also has the experience of interviewing approximately 5000-6000 people so far and recruiting more than 200 over the years. He has also inspired many young people on their journey as a game developer in Bangladesh and USA. To sum it up, he’s good with people management, pitching, making connections, and networking.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the Directorship level for a long time and has great experience with gaming concepts including game design, development, and publishing as well. He is also well-versed in product development/management. They are currently working on a turn-based strategy game so he’s very familiar with 4X Gaming genre. In fact, he is a big fan of the game series Civilization.
