He is working as a Customer Support Specialist in XXXX. He is also working to an internship as a Product Sourcing in a US-based company, and it helped him a lot with his English language fluency. Right now, he is doing level one and level two support as a support specialist. Normally, he does activities like activity directory about support calls, but he was moved to channel customer support where he does customer supports via phone, chat, mail, tickets, and reports too. In those two jobs, he normally does reports so he also uses the main tools in helpdesk tools as well like Hope Chat, where it’s a database management of customers. Now he is trying to find new opportunities to get better approach and even maybe a new experience outside his country.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is now specializing in AI and networking. He is trying to get better in how he can improve his support skills because now he is doing support via applications for customers, inquiries or requirements. He’s trying to use AI to his approach like using some ChatGPT or CoPilot, which he uses more. He uses ChatGPT when he wants a faster and more quick answer and Copilot when he needs a more accurate answer in his approach. Right now, he is trying to specialize AI Specialist and take his certification soon.
