1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She’s been in the IT Industry for more than 7 years now. First job was a Game/Software Developer for XXXX where she was mostly involved in every aspect of game dev processes and also a software developer responsible for creating different applications. After that, transferred to Montreal and worked as a Software Developer for XXXX and C++ Developer at XXXX . She also founded her own business that has 20+ employees but unfortunately wasn’t able to maintain for the past year.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is confident with creating game/apps, creating websites, and would say her strongest skill lies with backend development using C++ and C#. She can also easily create SDKs. Rates herself a 5 out of 5 in backend development, says she is really competent and can solve problems easily.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has more than 2+ years of experience in C++ Development. Familiar with SQL database, Windows Service, and TCP Communication. Good with Linux servers as well. Familiar with outbound call systems since she was able to handle it during her time in XXXX.
