1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the software development and IT industry for almost 5 years now and started off as a System Developer with XXXX and then moved to XXXX as a Software Developer. He is currently with XXXX, based in Canada, as a .Net Developer where they develop an in-house CRM solution for all the schools they support; they do stand-up meetings every day, check the tasks assigned to them, and deliver the projects on time. They primarily use C#, .Net for the backend, also uses React and Blazor, together with ASP.NET MVC and AI utilization.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the backend development side since most of his experience are in this area. Tech stack wise, he’s proficient with C# for backend, .Net for framework, and databases as well; can rate himself a perfect score of 5 in both C# and .Net since he has been using them for many years now.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Considers himself strongest with C#, .Net, and ASP.NET Core development, also has used Blazor Server mostly for his freelancing projects and is currently using it for one of his clients. For managing and deploying applications, they mostly use their in-house and have their cloud engineers do the publishing and automation for them. Has experience with JWT authentication, mix of EF Core and SQL Raw, and SQL Server for database as well. He is knowledgeable with Node.js and is also good with WPF, WinForms but rarely uses it in current role.
