1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is originally from Hong Kong but moved to Toronto for about a year now. She graduated with Bachelor degree in Information Engineering and has about 6 years of full time experience now in project management specialized in IT security from different industry. Her last role was with XXXX as a Project Manager where she worked on a Data Center Migration project, she was responsible there for the security part of the infrastructure. Before this, she was with XXXX as an Associate Technical Security Project Management where she worked on both client and service provider side, coordinated/managed different security-related projects and provided different security assessment, audit services, and onboard their clients as well to the platform. She started as a Project Coordinator for XXXX where she coordinated major security risk assessment and audit program for several NGOs in the social welfare sector in Hong Kong.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her organization and communication skills as well since most of the time she have to handle the whole project, responsible for project planning, and delegation of tasks as well. She also has good communication and relationship building with both internal teams and external vendors as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has 6+ years of project management and coordination experience mostly in the IT security, infrastructure, and compliance. She’s also good with supporting projects from end-to-end and in terms of the methodologies she has used, mainly Agile; has Prince certification and also planning to pursue PMP. She’s good with both in-house and third-party applications, has used JIRA for project management and ServiceNow for a few times when raising requests and tickets.
