His managerial responsibility involves leading the internet banking team to ensure swift and accurate execution of payments and other back-end transactions. Similar a more traditional banking role, he now reads and processes a high volume of payments. His key focus lies in ensuring all customer transactions are completed within the designated one-hour service level agreement. He also possesses extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked for approximately nine to ten years. Prior to his current role, he served as a customer service consultant.  His responsibilities involve ensuring his team executes transactions smoothly and on time, while also optimizing internal processes and system workflows to improve overall efficiency.

His strengths lie in process optimization. He can elaborate on his process and how he can further enhance it. Additionally, he has experience in data analysis and reporting, payment reconciliations, and possesses some team leadership skills.
