1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

   He began his career with a different organization. Transitioning to his area of expertise in tourism, he joined a major travel company in Cambodia as a junior staff member and quickly advanced to operations manager. In this role, he ensured seamless travel arrangements for clients, honing his communication skills by interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. Seeking further education, he moved to Australia to study international business, gaining knowledge about business operations, the stock exchange, and multinational corporations while working part-time in a hotel. He then came back in Cambodia and he joined a bank establishing a stock exchange function, playing a key role in setting up its management structure and operations. Two years later, he transitioned to one of Cambodia's Big Four banks solely corporate banking to offering services to individual consumers. The bank moved to digital banking, focusing on data storage, management, and its application in marketing, product development, and automation, ensuring the availability of necessary data for these systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

He has extensive experience in the southern region and a strong background in developing sales strategies. His focus has been on helping consumer banks expand their business and increase market share in Cambodia. Primarily, his role involves crafting strategies rather than direct customer interactions.

He possesses extensive experience working with vendors. He has not only recommended solutions to the bank but also understands the entire sales process from both the vendor and bank perspectives. He can explain how vendors praise their products to clients and effectively pitch to banks, influencing purchasing decisions. He has experience working with vendors from diverse locations, including Singapore, China, and Europe. These vendors offer a variety of solutions, encompassing ATM, mobile banking, and internet banking.
