1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

   He has experience in four different industries. The first industry involved being a customer of an internet service provider. He then became a specialist and eventually moved to the sales department, finishing his last role there. This industry involved business development. He then spent a significant amount of time working for a Forex broker company, providing customers and investors with access to various trading options, including foreign currency. He then move to being a partner with a broker in Cambodia, which allowed him to work remotely and generate income through a team he managed. His final industry was with a payment service provider.

   He also has experience in the construction and decoration industry. Throughout his career, he has held memberships in various associations related to Cambodia's financial sector, including the Fintech Association, Microfinance Association, and Banking Association. His diverse experience demonstrates a strong focus on sales across different products and services.

2.  What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in 

He can do a direct retail sale, but his strength lies in true network upselling, cross-selling, and selling to partners which is a B2B model rather than B2C. In B2B sales, which the buyer typically relies on the seller's expertise and service.

3.         Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?

His experience in sales includes selling payment services. He provides payment consultancy to agents who then forward the service to brokers. Additionally, he used to sell high-priced counterfeit detection products to banks. While he doesn't have direct banking employment experience, he has extensive connections within the banking sector. He knows many bank employees due to his work in several countries. In some regions like Hong Kong and Singapore, this role as a financial planner where he needs to provide loan and refinancing advisory services to clients. He understands that most of his clients are Western businessmen, and due to this, he has a strong network of banking contacts.
