He has been with banking sector in more than 6 and a half years. He began his career as a trainee at XXXX Cambodia, one of the oldest banking institutions in Southeast Asia. He spent 2 and a half years there before moving to XXXX, a top 5 financial institution in Cambodia. After then he joined XXXX as an assistant manager and was recently promoted to sales manager after nearly 2 years.

2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

His strongest skill is thorough customer due diligence, especially given the absence of advanced KYC systems in Cambodia. He manually verifies identities and documents to ensure customer safety and prevent fraud before seeking approval. Professionalism is crucial to him, and he prioritizes the bank's interests by letting go of unsuitable clients, even when faced with challenging targets.

3.Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?

He has been within banking sector accumulating 6 and a half years of experience, he rates himself in 3 and a half out of 5 in banking skills and experiences he has. His role involves managing a loan portfolio, specifically for housing and personal loans. He builds relationships with existing customers, acquires new ones, and performs credit assessments. His career has been in loan sales, acquiring loans for customers.
