At XXXX, he started as a Telesales Executive and was promoted Manager. In his current role, he supports XXXX with import/export services within the logistics domain, manages a team of three, and works towards yearly and quarterly targets. He reports to the Head of Commercial and the Country Head of Commercial, manages top-spending customers, and dedicates time to planning and strategizing with his team to achieve future targets which likely involves defining new markets, locations, and strategies for business growth.

He believes his strongest skill is flexibility. He approaches customer interactions by building rapport and understanding their needs, rather than using typical sales tactics. He is also highly strategic, viewing every task as part of an action plan with follow-ups and timelines to track progress and ensure successful case closure.
