1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has almost 2 years of experience in graphic designing. He mainly has experience in B2B solution with developers working in Agile product development settings. He recently joined a digital marketing job and also currently doing freelancing in UI/UX design. He just finished his last project for an e-commerce website which has been delivered already to the client. Before this, he was a Marketing Assistant for XXXX where he did everything from end-to-end including graphic design, taking photos, and managing their social media calendar.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Figma when it comes to design. He has used this mostly when collaborating with developers and fellow designers. And for development, he is experienced with HTML and CSS, and has developed his portfolio using these two along with PHP. Rates himself a 4/5 in Figma since they have developed/added some features recently, and 3.5-4 out of 5 in both HTML and CSS.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has almost 2 years of experience in UI/UX designing and currently doing freelancing in it. Strongest with Figma, also uses Adobe Creative Suite often. Good with Sketch and Zeplin as well. Has been involved in project management using Agile before when he was working as a designer and a developer as well. Proficient with wireframe, mock-ups, and rapid prototype for web applications. Familiar with B2B as well and has done two projects in it.
