1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently located in Canada and he is with a large organization called XXXX as a Senior Manager in Data and Integration Solutions where they are responsible for working on the data integration and data warehouse on different system and collecting data from all their data sources. He has over 30 direct report and vendors under him which he is managing. They are providing cloud-based solutions on data warehouse then to their business unit and helping them use the data to make a great decision and provide value to their organization. They use Informatica Cloud and MicroStrategy as their platform for data injection, data pipeline and data orchestration. Prior to this, he was in Hong Kong and he started his career as a programmer all the way to system analyst and then in 2018, acting as a manager/project manager. He also have his PMP and Scrum Master Certification.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management because he has been doing this for over 7 years and also have his Project Management Professional Certificate so he’s familiar with all the project methodologies. Aside from that, he is also a Professional Scrum Master. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in project management and leaves the other points as a room for himself to grow. Second strongest skill he would consider is his technical background and knowledge of all cloud-based technology he has on-hand. He is proficient with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud database as the backend database of the cloud. Lastly, he considers his communication skills as one of his strongest.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Strongest with project management and has been doing this for about 7 years now; also have several professional certifications when it comes to project management. He is experienced with the energy industry during his time in current company, XXXX, they have some energy products there such as refinery to the gas station. Knowledgeable as well with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP; considers his technical knowledge of it as one of his strongest. Also has implemented a SAAS recently where they have deployed a salesforce system; it is a loyalty program on a cloud-based solution, their POS system is using a system called Embryo where the database is using Google cloud where they do real-time injection of data into their data warehouse and they get real time data hub services and get the loyalty point calculation to the finance system.
