1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and after graduation, she joined XXXX where she originally joined as a Secretary and then later on was promoted as an Exeutive Account Manager and Senior Manager for Sales & Operations because of her potential. After that, she moved to Canada and was with XXXX as a Pricing Specialist and her most recent role was with XXXX as a Key Account Manager where she’s responsible for managing the Hong Kong market and has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, did a few projects with CLP as well such as e-learning projects and they were a long-term account for them as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her expertise in customer-centric approach, problem-solving ability, and strategic client relationship management, and lastly effective communication as well. She believes these are all very important qualities to be a successful account or customer success manager. She’s also good in maintaining customer satisfaction to create long terms and trusted business relationships.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has overall 10+ years of experience with customer-facing roles and started off with more on Sales and most recent role was a Key Account Manager for a SaaS company, mostly handling SaaS e-learning tools and platforms. She also had CLP as a client before, they were a long-term account for the company and had some previous projects related to manual e-learning as well.
