Her skills are she is a very outgoing person and has a strong customer service experience. She has also had a strong knowledge in Accounting and Banking industry as she worked for banking companies and had studied Accounting and currently trying to her master’s degree.
- In her current work as a Customer Service Representative, she helps in answering the questions of their Chinese customers and make sure that she provides a solution to help fix their problems and coordinates with other departments to complete a certain case that is being reported to her. She also deals with the withdrawal and bank information of their customers.
