She is based in Dubai and she came in Dubai 2 years ago. When she came to Dubai she started her career in Financial company and then she worked in cryptocurrency and in the beginning she worked in the customer service and assist the team with basic customer service delivery.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Her top skills is she can different 3 different languages which were Chinese, Japanese (she majored in College), she also learned her English while in Dubai and her second skills is communication as a Customer Service Manager she had to help resolve problems and work through request of other departments and she is also a fast learner and she has a strong background in the financial industry and she has a strong background in cryptocurrency and forex trading.
- 3 months after she was promoted to be a Customer Service Manager but later on because of marketing condition and adjustment they upgraded their systems and offered service to global clients and she worked on different projects that is still related in currency and she worked in Forex trading as well.
- With Forex trading they had a project with CPT which is very famous in China and they offered service to their global users and they provide training for the Forex Trading and Knowledge and for her projects they did forex corporate trading and they did learn more about forex because of various trading options.
5. As the Manager they make tutorials and test the system and work with the technical team. |
