He is originally in China and came to Dubai in 2018 and worked as a salesperson and sold furniture and worked as a luxury retailer in X and sells luxury brands and around December he went back to China because his ID expired and had to renew it and since COVID happened he couldn’t find a full-time job because it is dangerous.

  1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

He is strong in customer service and a patient person since he has been in the customer service industry for many years, and he also has a strong problem-solving skill, and he also knows the process in the banking industry. He also has a strong knowledge in the Dubai and China market since most of the customer he dealt with were Chinese and Emirati people.

  1. He worked as a customer service in a banking company, and he answers the inbound call and replies to the customer emails and also answers the customer chats and most of the customers are more on the trading complaints and he provides a ticket to the right department, and he also writes an email to the customers
  2. He also works with his managers to resolve the problem to make sure that they are meeting the expectations of the client.
  3. Each day he receives inbound and outbound call and he also handles the emails and he works with customers about their properties and he receives 40-50 inbound calls per day and had to handle the cases and he handles 70-80 email cases.
His previous with a multi-bank group and in crypto and bitcoin company where he handles the calls and emails and does the product knowledge for the customer and also handles the complaints.
