1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated in 2016 and began his professional journey at XXXX, where he worked as an IT Support Specialist providing IT support to clients across Europe and America. Following this, he joined XXXX, initially as an IT Support Specialist. Over time, he advanced to the role of IT Support Team Lead and gained experience in IT product management. In this capacity, he worked on internal systems, including AI-driven upgrades and integrations with booking sites, ensuring seamless system functionality and user efficiency.
After leaving XXXX, he joined Nothing Technology, where he became deeply involved in IT infrastructure, IT support, and IT product management. His role encompassed the implementation and integration of various systems and applications, such as an after-sales service system, HR systems, and ERP solutions. Specifically, he played a pivotal role in implementing the after-sales service system in collaboration with a vendor, ensuring integration with service providers across Europe.
Currently, as an IT Product Manager, his primary responsibility revolves around the after-sales service system, including Salesforce. Additionally, he manages other systems like Oregon Nest for ERP and SAP SuccessFactors for HR. These responsibilities have allowed him to refine his expertise in system implementation, integration, and IT product management.

He describes his strongest skills and expertise as being in IT infrastructure, including networking and IT support. Additionally, he is highly proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA and has experience with API testing tools. His skill set also encompasses a solid understanding of API integrations and troubleshooting, which complements his background in IT product management and support roles.

He has extensive experience handling the development process of a product. The process begins with the IT team assessing business needs and gathering requirements from the relevant teams. For instance, in his current role, he collaborates closely with the customer service team to understand their business needs. Based on the requirements, he researches suitable systems, engages with vendors, and participates in demo discussions to align the product's development with business needs.
He also works closely with the website team and external service providers to manage system integrations. Once the development is complete, he conducts user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal and external partners to ensure all requirements are met before officially launching the application. Post-launch, he collects feedback from users and applies improvements based on their input.
While he has not worked directly in payments, his experience in IT product management, system integrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams demonstrates his adaptability and capability to take on new challenges.
