1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Studied Marketing and Science in Switzerland. Previously working as Head of Department for 3 years with 22 recruiters helping him achieving the calls of the company. In 2005 he joined ecommerce food portal similar to foodpanda sending orders via vax machince. He started as a normal sales guy then became Sales Manager in Switzerland and became a Global Chief Sales Officer for 4.5 years.
In 2008 he joined the Saas industry in Europe where helped to scale the number of restaurants that adjusted to technology. In 2012 he joined via tech company developing deep learning algorithm that were helping automate the entire digital marketing industry. Currently he is a member of upwork were he took a few coaching roles with CEO and CSO on how to scale their startup mostly on Saas and ecommerce.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is strongest in Sales, ramping up sales team, coaching, sales plan and closing deals based on sales psychology. Marketing, subscriptions, business models and how to monetize specific products. His successful project was with the sales team of 82 people, managing across 3 continents. Went on budget with around 20k and intern to Singapore then after 1 year the revenue scaled to 800K then incorporated the company and started doing business in Singapore. Rated himself 4 out of 5.
