1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He went to the XXX in Canada, then after that he did some internship and started to pursue his bachelor’s degree at XXX University. After that he drop school because of his family situation and went back in China to do some internship. When his family situation gets better family, he then successfully goes to XXX University and continue bachelor’s degree. During that year, he also did the XXX internship. Then he went to Europe, Netherlands to be exact and do the training. During that time, he was basically having the opportunity to work on the several roles such as the CRM or email marketing focus and digital merchandiser for the website operation. After he graduate, he was hired as an ecommerce manager for XXX in their China office. His responsibility is to take care the overall ecommerce strategy and sales, the after that he was hired by XXX as a digital analytic consultant and in charge of the Google analytic installation from 0 to 1 and help the brand to develop their KPI’s and to know the performance of the website and help them to make sure that the data layer was sending correctly for the QA process as well as the data quality is correct. He also takes care of the migration process and act as the project manager for the project and helping the group brand to migrate the data from Google analytics to sensor analytics.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   For his strong skills, he said that he is good when it comes to different tools related to Google such as Google analytics 3 and 4 skills, Data Studio, and Google tag manager which he rates his skills 5 out of 5 for those 3 and said that he has 3 years of experience using it. He also good in Salesforce Commerce and marketing cloud which he rates his skills 3 out of 5 and with 1 year of experience. Sensor analytics and Power BI 4 out of 5 and lastly for HTML and CSS he rates his skills 3 out of 5 since he’s not that expert to it but can understand the two. He does not have any certification related to salesforce but have a similar certification for Google
