1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working at XXX instrument as a customer operation for nearly 5 years now. Her role is basically set up for supporting any inquiries from the customers especially in supply and customers’ demands for supply chain management. In the past 3 years, she have been involved in the company project called BMCD. In this project she needs to be partnered with the company IT or the ESP team to help the customers to view the supply chain such as the order receiving, response, invoice response etc. she understand the EDI logic in SAP. Since she’s handling the customers daily, she is very familiar with the customer requirements. Sometimes she provides a testing scenario to her ESP fellows so that they can have a more understanding on how the business works.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   She is good with communication with people and know how to pass the info clearly to the internal and external stakeholder because sometimes the customers can’t express their exact results. She sometimes asks customers questions then translate to the requirements. Rate her communication skills 4 out of 5. She is also a person who would like to try something new.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She said that she have an experience doing EDI and with basic background from it and with 3 years of experience. She rates her skills 2 out of 5 and also clarify that she is more on the business side related to it and not on the technical side.
