1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 13 years of experience in the IT field, primarily in the hotel industry from 2005 to 2017. As an IT Manager, he managed hotel IT operations from pre-opening to full operation, overseeing budgeting, cost control, server management, phone systems, and access control systems. Since 2017, he has been with XXXX, handling server infrastructure, access control systems, CCTV, and writing machine systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is experience with the IT system. He can complete server configurations and domain settings, handling at least 90% of IT tasks. For the remaining 10%, he coordinates with suppliers to ensure completion.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, particularly in handling virus-related issues. When his company was affected by a blackmail virus, some documents were lost, but most were recovered through backup emails. To contain the threat, the server and Office 365 services were shut down. He does not have experience working with hardware peripherals but is capable of repairing servers and laptop hardware. His expertise includes Office 365 configuration, antivirus solutions, and general software troubleshooting.
