   He has over two years of experience in the IT industry and graduated in 2023. His first job was as an IT intern at the Italian fashion brand XXXX, where his strong performance led to a promotion as an IT Assistant. In this role, he supported store openings and managed daily IT operations, troubleshooting various system issues. In October 2023, he received an opportunity to join XXXX, another Italian luxury brand. After successfully completing the interview, he transitioned to a similar role, handling IT operations and store management across multiple offline locations.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest advantage is maintaining a good attitude, responding quickly, and demonstrating patience in his work especially in his current company which it reflects to get position on where he is now.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience in hardware side, though he lacks direct experience in software. He has not encountered this before but can document certain aspects. He is highly familiar with ticketing, as his company’s IT department operates with only two or three people. The resources are limited for handling user requests, so multiple vendors are involved.
