His role involves coordinating with vendors and suppliers for procurement and engaging with customers to understand and resolve their technical issues. He provides first-line technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues through phone, email, ticketing systems, and on-site assistance. Additionally, he manages IT assets, configures office equipment, and supports employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He believes his strongest skill is problem-solving. When facing a challenge, he follows a structured approach: first, identifying the problem, then analyzing how to address it by drawing from past experiences. He also considers the customer's perspective, integrating their feedback with real-world scenarios to develop effective solutions.

   He has spent the past two and a half years in hardware and software support, handling troubleshooting and issue resolution, including networking-related problems.
