1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 16 years of experience in the IT industry, with around four years specializing in bilingual help desk support, particularly in Chinese. He previously worked for XXXX, a Finland-based company, supporting its Chinese branch office in Beijing for about four years. In addition to the Beijing office, the company had three other offices across China, including two commercial offices in Shenzhen and Shanghai and an assembly factory in Shanghai. From 2020 to 2023, remote support was primarily provided due to travel restrictions. He visited the Shanghai office once before resigning in April 2023 for a training course and a local IT check. His responsibilities mainly involved desktop support and collaboration with the service delivery team. He was also the primary IT contact for operations across China.

   His strongest skills include troubleshooting and competitor analysis. Additionally, his language proficiency provides a competitive advantage within the specific role he work in.

   He worked at XXXX, where he handled hardware challenges, including replacing batteries for computers nearing the end of their warranty and adding RAM sticks for server upgrades. Additionally, he was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents or service requests related to Windows 10 OS, Microsoft 365 suites, IP Phone Call Centre, and various IT peripherals for Beijing office users via EBS (Powered by Oracle) and Efecte (a Finnish ITSM system).
