1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with his most recent role at XXXX as an onsite engineer for XXXX, an American medical company. His responsibilities included helpdesk support, IT product deployment, and daily management of over 3,000 users. He also collaborated with the network team on infrastructure migration from on-premise to cloud and contributed to various IT projects. Additionally, he played a key role in maintaining SLAs, improving internal processes, and ensuring seamless client service. Prior to XXXX, he worked at XXXX, a Hong Kong-based securities firm with operations in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. Where he was coordinating IT projects between Hong Kong headquarters and regional offices.  Before XXXX, he was part of a large IT project at a XXXX, acting as an IT contractor for a new plant. His work included coordinating IT goals, organizing meetings, liaising between building teams and IT vendors, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Earlier, His role included setting up network cabinets, managing server rooms, supporting production lines, and working with SAP for production control and logistics.
