1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 19 years of experience in end-user support and internal IT projects. Currently, he is part of the IT department at XXXX. Most of his career has been in IT support, with expertise in end-user and infrastructure support. His extensive knowledge spans various IT domains, including networks, servers, and applications, allowing him to deliver high-quality support. He has worked for multiple international companies with branch offices in China, including a French international banking company, where he led IT support for 200 users. Additionally, he has experience with companies like XXXX, a NASDAQ-listed firm, and one of the Big Four accounting firms. After being laid off from the banking company due to organizational changes in late 2023.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong expertise in computer support, incident handling, and user assistance. With extensive experience in IT services, he is proficient in meeting room support and has leadership capabilities.
