1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has almost four years of experience in the IT industry, starting as a vendor working with Microsoft. Alongside technical tasks, she handled administrative responsibilities, team coordination, and workload distribution for engineers while gaining knowledge of Azure infrastructure and TCP/IP. After a successful project, financial constraints led to vendor layoffs. She then transitioned to a support specialist role at XXXX, where she spent two years focusing on application support, including warehouse management and ERP systems. She provided training and updates to end users. Leveraging her Japanese language skills, she traveled to Japan to support store stocking, warehouse management, and backend applications, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues. She also conducted root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems. Due to financial restructuring at XXXX, she had to leave and joined Abercrombie as an IT Analyst. In this role, she maintained computer hardware, ensured office equipment efficiency, collected user feedback for process improvements, and managed IT equipment costs.
