1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After her graduation she started working in XXXChina as a marketing operations specialist, she worked for the distributors and was in charge in dealing with all of the distributors needs like new stores. She left the company because it moves from Beijing to shanghai, and she decided to just stay in Beijing. After that, she joined XXXwhich is a cookie company. She worked there as sales operation manager and manage all the offline sales around 30 thousand stores in the country and mainly focus on the sales analysis. At that time, she was also managing three people which assigned for the daily analysis, sales data analysis, and the other one is for the product. They manage all the sales related projects at that time. Then she joined XXX. They have 30 thousand staffs working and in charge for the whole country salespeople and selling advertisements. She was in charge on setting the assignment category and do basic analysis and responsible in managing some projects if they have a new distributor coming in or if the sales met some problems she needs to support and manage the online system for the process to be more effective. She joined XXXalso known as XXXin different countries. She was hired there as sales operation manager and needs to redefined all the sales standards and analysis to define peoples performance to get their bonus at the end of the year but at the same time she’s also dealing with the data analysis by her self so she started to look for team that she can cooperate with wants to make a system that can do automatic data analysis using excel and SQL. Her previous job is at XXX and deal with the distributors and making sure that all the stores can serve all the distributors, after that she joined in the marketing team and do advertisements again.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She is quite good in different MS office applications and said that she also has an experience in SQL which she learns it by herself in her last working experience. She have an experience handling a team and with project management experience for more than 5 years now.
