Graduated in the year 2020 and after that, she worked as a business analyst up to now and currently with 2 years of working experience in both internal companies for software products and work there as an internal BA and dealing with the stakeholders and with consulting experience where she deals with both internal and external clients.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She said that her strong skills are for her people skills for example is for the stakeholder’s engagement, workshop facilitation, team cooperation, project management, and communication and presentation skills. Said that working as a BA is critical since it neds to communicate effectively across teams and be able to translate different requirements in different languages that the stakeholders and the dev teams can understand.

She does have an experience in using xml mapping but not much for the EDI. Rates her skills in xml mapping 4 out of 5 and with 2 years of experience. She also have an experience doing project management for 2 years now and rates her skills for that 4.5 out of 5.
