   He has extensive software development experience in platforms and mainly uses C / C++ and Python. After he joined the company as a software engineer to develop hydraulic engineering software, used objective C for iPad application, winform for server application network, 2 years later left Shanghai for personal reasons and after coming back to Hangzhou he has worked for multiple companies such as XXXX, learned integration test, system test, google test and for configuration test network, for XXXX to develop the station software add new features and then he joined a new start-up company but the company had to do some layoff due to insufficient investments. He also recently graduated from his master’s degree

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strength is that he can learn quickly and has more than 10 years of software development. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in C, C++, Python and SQL. He also has experience in Project management and architecture design.
   A project he has done was a blockchain development.  It was based on consortium block chain, in charge of sorting through global transactions and generally dos not need to deal with ledger and transaction content, give the report to client after acquiring transaction result, legal transactions and writing into ledger, generate legal proposal and send. They also used raw file to store block chain data after considering performance issue. He has also used python to develop script and has experience in libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and sckit-learn
