- He was the VP, Global Operations in XXX. He takes full responsibilities for XXX global online and channel sales optimization and keep reduce the finical costs. He is also formulating overall operations strategy in alignment with general business development strategy and ensuring execution of initiatives related to global operation field, as well as monitoring and proper follow-up on deviations of the plan.
- He has extensive network in terms of refurbish industry, manufacturing side and selling side. When he was in Linear Corporation LLC, he was the General Manager, Operations he was in charge in managing global private brand and OEM + ODM manufacturing operations, which contains, Customer Service, Production Operations, Facility Management, etc.
- He establishes his own business which is XXX. It is design by their team according to research and business directions; products produced by OEM suppliers and products shipped to customers by express suppliers; Also, they cooperate with ODM suppliers, with buy-sell business model. Major in-house processes are packing, shipping and customer services etc.
