- He is currently working in an online travel agency and metasearch engine for hotels, vacation rentals, flight, and airport transfer which is XXX Company Pre. Ltd, as Global Technical Support Engineer. He basically supports 200 people across offices in China specifically Shanghai, Sanya, Beijing and Guangzhou.
- He provides Technical support from their end-users and he also do the set-up conference call. He is strong in Desktop Support he even rates himself 4 out 5 because he has exposed in those jobs for 5 years and he can easily resolve the software and hardware issues.
- In Windows Server Configuration he rates himself 4 out 5 also. One of his recent experience on this was last year he was engage in an System migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and he needs to upgrade 200 laptop and that time they don’t have the MDT server so what he did was he set it up alone so that they can proceed with the migration.
