1. Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers?
   He has been working for 6.5 years and programming work about 5 years mainly around python and mainly use python as primary working language and just work in about 3 companies when he goes and just do the software in the career, it was 1.5 years to do some tours development, POS. Has been working in Hangzhou for 5 years. The 2^nd company is a small viewing company in AI, to communicate algorithm growth to include some micro server development. Current company is 3 years, mainly do some storage product which help build a machine just like traditional storage develop the software, the company sell the server machine to the government school and other companies and organization. Mainly to do the storage function development because the product is developed by python so work there as Python back-end developer, his skills is about some POS system like open VFS which is developed by Oracle and is our storage style system

2. What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
   He is strongest in development framework like Django Flask and Hadoop and have a good skills in mass processing. He is also familiar with the open source tools like management tools like Got work with Git everyday. His work is to do some function development and debug work, which is our software memory use continually grow day by day which seems to have some memory leaks, his leader tasked him to solve this problem at the begging he was not familiar but after 3 weeks he solved this problem. It is quite difficult to which is a problem and not too much experience in this field and stop it little by little, mentally just learn from some tools from memory leaks and some example from google and saw this from independent which he feels quite proud and is really a complicated problem as their storage app is a big project. Another project he has done is the storage application development an din his last company he did some maintenance of POS system workflow, VPN management system and mainly some  basic system for technology team and other function team
