- Currently he is working in XXX as IT Engineer. He is responsible in supporting Lvl1-2 issues of their end-users. They are support 300 users in China, 3 users in Hong Kong and 100 users in Taiwan. He supports them via email, calls, remote and in China offices sometimes they do it physically. They are only 2 engineers in the team, and they are reposting to their global leader base in Singapore. He is familiar with AD server for account management, LAN and WAN for connectivity.
- His strongest assets are Troubleshooting and teaching end-sures because he usually educates their end-user how to properly use the system, and he is familiar in troubleshooting hardware and software but they are using Windows Server so he has an extensive exposure supporting Windows server, but he is personally using MacBook so all the junior issues he can handles it.
- He is willing to relocate. One of the recent projects that he was involve was migrating China printer system and hardware integration and procurement. He was involved in Shanghai and Guangzhou office relocation. She was helping for equipment relocation, deployment etc.
